I’ve been training a little over 8 years. I started out as a lightweight, weighing only 109 lbs. In the past 8 years, I’ve added quite a bit of size and strength. My contest weight is right around 140 lbs. Offseason I try and stay fairly lean and get up slightly over 150 lbs. Now you can imagine how small my arms must have been when I started, but now, stand back, my biceps easily measure 15 inchesflexed and pumped. Or maybe you are a leg man? Well I can hold my own with some of the best in the sport, with my 24 inch quads.
As you can imagine with my size and the years I have training, that I am quite strong. I happen to be very proud of my lifts and more often than not, intimidate and/or embarrass guys in the gym. Not intentionally, I don’t need to do it on purpose, it just happens. Here’s why, sorry guys;
Max Bench: 265 lbs
Deadlift: 400 lbs
Squat: 300 lbs
I also study progressive martial arts and can hold my own on the mat with most of the guys. Tell me, how would you like to grapple with a big, strong sexy girl like me? You really don’t need to answer that, I already know the answer. I have a BA in Psychology and have a very good idea what makes a guy like you tick.
